Vegetarian Quick & Easy - Under 15 Minutes

Being a foodie i love to eat almost everything. But during  those times when your in a hurry and do not have any idea what to prep up in a short amount of time, you need a helping hand like this.
Non- veg is pretty easy to cook up when you do not have time. a very few spices or even marinate and you are done.
But i often would wonder what yummy way should i cook my veggies specially when i don't have time.

The book starts with a good intro about what being a vegetarian is all about. It gives you a feel about the whole idea. And then the delicious recipes.
Some of the recipes were unheard of for me personally. Like the avocado scramble. I never really liked avocado but this recipe has helped me find a way to add it in to my buying list.
Most of the recipes have very few ingredients and are really easy to stir up.
